Pi-Hole stopped working

Please follow the below template, it will help us to help you!

Expected Behaviour:

pi-hole should be blocking ads

Actual Behaviour:

No ad blocking, can't access pi-hole dashboard, can't ping DNS server or wireless router, while I can access the raspberrypi via putty, I can't successfully update, get msg "unable to complete update, contact pi-hole support" Lots of Port 443: No Route to Host errors in update script. Running Win 7 Enterprise. Internet access is likely through my configured alternate DNS of 8.8.8.8

Debug Token:

seems to run debug utility but won't allow me to access the debug log. Get error msg: curl: (7) failed to connect to tricoder.pi-hole.net Port 443: No route to host. Permission denied when I try and access the local debug log in /var/log/pihole/pihole_debug.log

Thanks in advance for your patience. I am basically a networking, and raspberrypi, idiot and have been trying different things resulting from google searches.

'No route to host' indicates a networking issue, not a Pi-hole one.
Likely, your RPi has no gateway to use for packets destined to public networks, e.g. because it is on a different subnet than your router, or incorrectly configured for a wrong gateway.

You should check your RPi's network configuration.

Thank you for the prompt response. I’ll look in that direction.
