Pi-hole procedure to migrate to new Raspberry Pi Hardware?

I am currently running pi-hole on a Raspberry Pi b. I will be switching over to a Raspberry Pi Zero w. Is there a pi-hole procedure to migrate to new Raspberry Pi Hardware?

You can use the teleporter feature in the web interface to carry over your settings, but otherwise just make sure that you update the DNS info on your DHCP server and reboot your devices or renew their DHCP licenses so that they get the new info.
