Pi-Hole + OpenVPN = Weird connection issues, please help!

The issue I am facing:
Using an Android 11 cellphone, I can connect to my DynDNS Domain/public IP running the OpenVPN server only from inside my WiFi, but not external via mobile networks.

Details about my system:
RasPi 3, Pi-Hole + OpenVPN latest versions.

What I have changed since installing Pi-hole:
Installed OpenVPN as per official Tutorial found at Installation - Pi-hole documentation
I had to make a slight adaptions to the tutorial, since I installed OpenVPN on an existing Pi-Hole. Therefore, I installed it after the Pi-Hole, not before. However, Pi-Hole is set to listen on all interfaces and I had this working before this way. Something messed this up and now I'm working with a clean, pre-PiVPN backup (so no messed up OpenVPN/Wireguard mix), to do the stuff manually now. Not sure about it, but it seems the PiVPN scripts are broken to some extend and unmaintained. But thats for another discussion.

I made some screenshots of....

What is happening:
VPN connection via cellphone in my local WiFi is working.

From mobile / external networks it just times out!

Anyone any idea on where to look next about why this is happening? My googled tech expertise is telling me, something is not letting data through my open/forwarded ports.

Or yes, maybe a configuration issue?

The configuration:

Pi-Hole is set to listen on all interfaces, and as you can see below, it sends data through the tunnel interface, at least when I connect to the OVPN server from local Wifi.

The tunnel interface tun0 is up and running.

Internet facing port wide open:

Hello,

I think I have found the issue. My ISP is not providing a public IPv4 Address. Seems I have to switch all over to external IPv6 access.
