Pi Hole only functions on host PC

Expected Behaviour:

Being able to use Pi Hole as DNS on other devices besides host.
Pi Hole is running in Docker on Windows 10

Pi Hole functions on host PC, fails on other devices. nslookup times out when using device's IP on other device

Turns out that my firewall was blocking docker when my network adaptor is set to public, setting it to private fixed it.

Nevermind, it just suddenly stopped working? Not sure why

Was definitely working just a second ago

Seems that setting my custom DNS on my modem blocked that device from the internet entirely

Well regardless of anything above, it appears that the Pi Hole decides to randomly stop working
