So, i configured a virtual ip (192.168.1.6) in addition to the "first" ip (192.168.1.5) in my raspberry, because i have also nagios and amuleweb on http.
Then i did a pihole -r to change the ip to 192.168.1.6 and rebooted the system
Now it's seem to work in both ip..the dashboard but also the dns filtering..
What goes wrong?
What do you want to achieve exactly? Web interface only on one IP? DNS service on both or also only one IP? ...

mhh, so there isn't a way to move pi-hole to another ip...
