Pi hole not working since provider changed public ip

Expected Behaviour:

my internet provider (free in france) as change my wan ip and since pi-hole is not working . it's accessible but no client is detected .
on pi 4

it's accessible but no networkclientclient is detected .

Do i have to modify some thing ?

Sorry I restarted dns resolver and it's working again .
