Pi-hole not working on linux mint 19.2

The issue I am facing:
Web interface is not working (connection refused) nor ad blocking
Details about my system:
EDIT :
Linux mint 19.2
My router is 192.168.1.254 and gives unique adresses.
My computer on which I want to install pihole is 192.168.1.25 / fe80::bc46:ac1c:1ffb:a409
My DNS settings on my computer are :

(basically I want my computer to use himself as DNS provider using pihole)

Please post the token generated by

pihole -d

or do it through the Web interface:

Tools > Generate Debug Log

Hey, thank you for answering, i accidentally posted this without any detail and couldn't edit before post approval, but i've added a little more details now. :sweat_smile:

My token is https://tricorder.pi-hole.net/ymxatx6fbr

The strange thing is that I haven't got any password after my installation for the web interface.
And than pihole disable/enable shows me that pihole-ftl doesn't work.

pihole enable
 [i] Enabling blocking
 [✗] pihole-FTL: no process found
 [✓] Pi-hole Enabled

pihole status
  [✓] DNS service is running
  [✓] Pi-hole blocking is Enabled

going on http://192.168.1.25/admin gives me ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
Ads are not blocked (using speedtest.net as a test)
