Are you seeing ads on all devices, or just some? Can you provide a specific URL (or URLs) you are loading where you see ads?

We want to check to first ensure that the DNS traffic is all going to Pi-Hole (and that there is not a "secondary" external DNS provided in a router or client setting). Then, we will investigate where the ad is coming from.
