Pi.hole listed in Query log as the main requester

Expected Behaviour:

Using Pi3 on latest RaspberryOS + speedtest addon + log2ram

Actual Behaviour:

For some time i can see that most hosts are listed on screens as
requested by pi.hole itself, why is this some sort of bad thing?
There are other clients listed too, but no way im using those services on pi-hole itself.
