Expected Behaviour:
I've recently installed pihole but for some reason it isnt working and I wanna know my Pihole DNS server address which I just cannot find

It's usually the other way around: you tell Pi-hole host what IP should be used.
To be more specific, you need to set a static IP on your operating system (or set a static DHCP lease on your router).
