Pi-hole FTL v6.2 release: sudo pihole flush command bug

Expected Behaviour:

command flushes dns correctly
Seems like minor script glitch in new release

Operating System: debian bookworm 6.12.29-v8-16k+
Raspberry Pi 5 2GB
Docker: none
Docker: none

Actual Behaviour:

**What does this PR aim to accomplish?:** Fixes a copy&paste error in https:/…/github.com/pi-hole/pi-hole/pull/6245. `PI_HOLE_FILES_DIR` was not declared in all scripts using it now.
