I set the Pi up with Pi-hole, but it somehow doesn't seem to work. In the settings of my router I chose the Pi-hole as the local DNS server.

Edit: I added Facebook to the blacklist but I can still connect to Facebook without any kind of problems.

Your debug log shows that Pi-Hole is working normally and has received and processed the following traffic in the past 24 hours:

   [2020-02-21 18:01:37.617 17440] Imported 4238 queries from the long-term database
   [2020-02-21 18:01:37.618 17440]  -> Total DNS queries: 4238

There is a possibility that some of the DNS traffic is bypassing Pi-Hole, or that you are seeing ads that cannot be blocked by Pi-Hole (served from the same domain as the content).

Browse to cnn.com and see if there are ads - if not, then Pi-Hole is working.

Hello! Thanks for your reply.
I actually do see an ad on cnn.com.

In the blocklist I added Facebook, why doesn't Facebook get blocked?

There is one ad that is served from the same domain as the content. These tools can help you determine if this is the case:

What specifically did you add to your blacklist, and what URL did you load where you are seeing Facebook?

What is the output of the following commands from the Pi terminal:

pihole -q -adlist facebook.com

grep facebook /var/log/pihole.log

I ran the commands, but the I can't post the results, because it conatins more than 5 links..

PM the output to me and I'll post it.

I am I just stupid or am I not able to pm you?

It works! I made a mistake in the router settings.
