Pi-hole Configuration \ Not working

Hey guys,

First time user here. I just installed a Pi 2 W with Raspberry Pi OS and then installed Pi-hole through the installer here. I set the DNS on my router in the WAN setting to match the Static IP Address of the PI. The only active connections that I get in the Dashboard are from the Pi itself and visiting websites still gives Add and no Queries on the Dashboard.
I also tried through the LAN setting, both results were the same.
The Pi is connected through Wifi.

I've also added the Pi IP Address has secondary DNS Server to WAN and LAN (separately) and it also didn't work.
Running nslookup pi.hole returned timeout.

I'm guessing is something that I'm missing on the configuration but I've spent 2 hours scouring the internet and trying stuff and couldn't get anywhere.

Edit: With the PI IP address on the WAN DNS through my phone I can see the pi-hole working. However my computer that is connected through cable to the router is the one not working. If I change the DNS on the computer to the PI IP Address it works.

Just use one of these options to avoid issues.

Your debug log was generated while your router was set to advertise Pi-hole through the LAN/DHCP settings. That's the best option, but apparently your devices didn't receive the new IP addresses yet.

Did you renew the DHCP lease in your devices after making this change?

Note:
Your debug log shows at least 2 different clients using Pi-hole:
192.168.1.82 and 192.168.1.85

I figured I only appear to have an issue with my computer that is connected directly to the router by cable. The IP's you saw are referring to things connected to the Wifi.
I'm not using the LAN settings because apparently there is a conflict with the TV Box (I can't test at the moment but so I've read).

I rebooted the router after the changes. I actually do not know what you mean by renewing the DHCP Lease but figured rebooting should make it work

Rebooting every device will do, but this is only important if you are using Pi-hole on the LAN/DHCP settings of your router.

You can renew the DHCP from Windows computer rebooting it or executing this on the command line:

ipconfig /renew

This will force the OS to request a new DHCP lease.

So yesterday things seemed to be working, and on my computer they do work if I set the DNS manually on the connection. However they do not work on my phone again and they do not work on the computer without the manual DNS. I tried renewing DNS on the computer and it still does not work.
This log is with auto DNS on the computer.
