Are you running other software (e.g. a browser) on the machine that hosts your Pi-hole?

Here is some backgound on the tinypass domains. Tracking software, for the most part.

Some application on the Pi-hole host is calling the domain. I would block it and see what stops working on that client, if anything.

The domain does appear on multiple public blocklists, so at least some consider it tracking or analytics:
