PI-Hole broke, debug log not really helpful

Expected Behaviour:

PI-Hole should be running normally.

Actual Behaviour:

PI-Hole doesn't work, FTL seems not to be running but the debug log does't show anything wrong(with FTL).

This happened by some update which took place last night. The debug log doesn't tell me much about what might be wrong. The web interface complains about FTL not running and there actually doesn't seem to be anything listening on 4711.

Does anyone have a hint on what to check next?

Sounds like: FTL v5.16.2 fails if no IPv6 is available
