Expected Behaviour: Phone on wifi set dns to ip of the pihole. Ad's and domains on blocklist should be blocked. Actual Behaviour: Nothing gets blocked. Some activity from phone shows. It's like everything has it's own dns server regardless of how the wifi is set.

What phone and phone OS are you using? How do you have the phone and/or router configured to use Pi-Hole?
