Permit different Resolver depending client

Would it be possible to allow different configurations depending client which is doing the dns request

For example I would like Pihole's DNS resolver for some clients to be my internal router

and for other clients I would like Pihole's dns resolver to be OpenDNS

For the moment it is necessary to install 2 pihole to meet this need.

Custom DNS per Client

Starting with PiHole 5, we can configure white and black lists per client. It would be really neat if we could have the new Custom DNS entries be per client configurable as well. I want to setup redirects for GoogleSafe Search, YouTube Restricted, etc. But I don't want to redirect the wife, only the kids.
