i am rying facking this problem from around more then 24 houres bow (witachout complete sleep), but time is facing me and i need to work it out. I Installed Ip-hole two days ago and worked great on all devices (DHCP diabled on router, DNS added genareted from Pi-hole to Pi-hole in "IPv4" custom 1, 2. then...
Yesterday my problems begins when i installed MySpeed (GitHub - gnmyt/myspeed: A speed test analysis software that shows your internet speed for up to 30 days ), that tottalt wracked my Pi-hole adress. When i was trying to get ti Pi-Hole i was on MySpeed, so i uninstalled (some problems with ports). After that lavina of others problem started. I probbaby did something very stupied witch couse that, but now i dont have acess to home connection from router alll around the house and cant event enter roter pannel (http://192.168.1.1/). I am pretty sure that acessing to DHCP on router whould lead me to something but i cant just do nothing.

PS1: I remeber that i did something like port forward DNS adress from Ip-hole when i had stilll acesss to my router?
PS2: I overcourse tried multiple times uninstall and install Pi-Hole. At begging i didint even had acess to Pi-hole isself. I am using network from my phone to massage here my problem: Cant acesss to router any any browser (without with mini pc where pi-hole is installled)
Your debug log shows you have a lot of network interfaces running, and no IPv4 address configured for the selected Pi-hole interface, which is enP4p65s0. Presumably this interface should have a 192.168-based address, is that correct? If so, it may be that the install and uninstall of that other application has messed around with this and you would have to arrange for that network port to once again be on the 192.168 network.
How have you installed Pi-hole – is it a Docker install?
First time it was installed it manually with Method nr. 2. Then i across some difficulies to get web UI, so i choosed spiiest way of all and installled with one step curl comment (tried diffrent ways of installing it over this days). I have static public IP if it maters.

Doubling in wifi secion i saw few days ago, so this maybe have nothing to do with this. For now. I uninsllled Pi-hole with addicionals and tried turning of router for 30 mins. Nothing help. I really need to mess up bad in router configuration so i cant even go back then, and turn DTSHC on (I dont even know how i leave it).
PS1: After uninstall Pi-hole i used Bleachbit and after that got my router some peace. Router is Huawei HS8145V if that can help in any way.

That's the problem. I ahve no idea what coused so much trouble and then it started.
