Expected Behaviour:

Not blocking ads

  • TrueNas 25.10.1 - Goldeye
  • HP Microserver
  • Installed via TrueNas app

Actual Behaviour:

No ad blocking despite large list.

Your debug log shows there are 2 lists, but only one (the default) is assigned to a group:

The second list has no group_ids. This means this list is not used.

You need to assign this list to the Default group.

If after changing that you still see no blocked queries, please post the compose file (or docker run command) used to start the container.

Thank you for your help. Pi-hole for TrueNas was just not working out. Luckily I had an Odroid N2+ laying around and with the help of DietPi I set up a stand alone solution. Worked perfect first time. How did I ever live without Pi-Hole? Thanks again for the quick support.
