Non-authoritative answer

Hello,

On my pihole server, I try : nslookup pi-hole.net
I have :
Server: 192.168.2.108
Address: 192.168.2.108#53

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: pi-hole.net
Address: 3.18.136.52

What Non-authoritative answer means ?

How to correct that ?

I configured my rooter with the DNS address 192.168.2.108 (IP address of my pihole).

I have the same message from a client on my network.

This is expected.

As a filtering DNS forwarder, Pi-hole will never be authoritative for DNS replies from public DNS servers.

Nothing to worry about.
