I don't understand the problem. The screen is correctly showing the default list offered with Pi-hole. Are you unable to select OK and continue the install?

Previously listed adlists have been removed, because they were no longer maintained. Seeing only one suggestion is right.
ok when i have setup my pihole.
It does not block ad from my mobile i also have change dns.
Please upload a debug log and post just the complete URL containing your token that is displayed generated by
pihole -d
allowing to upload when prompted, or do it through the Web interface:
Tools > Generate Debug Log
