Why doesn't my Web interface load stats?

We often see users with broken Web interfaces after updating Pi-hole but it has also appeared during regular usage. cleared browser cache/cookies, no effect

ran "sudo pihole -r" and ran the repair, no effect

Clients over time doesn’t update, just sits there with the spinning

Have you tried removing log files, the database too, then reboot just to be sure and wait 24 hours for the data to fill up ?! This was the only thing I had to do to fix this issue after the last stable update Kudo's go to someone in the German forum at the time! My browser is never the issue since it always clears it's cache on exit

RESOLVED

The issue started after I restored a previous snapshot, due to the dns service showing as disabled. After restoring the service was working, but logs wouldn't show as mentioned. I fixed the time zone using this link. A reboot last night to set the date correctly seems to have fixed the issue.
