No queries get blocked, even though they are on the blocklist

I've been running pihole in a docker container on my ubuntu machine for a while. But lately I had the impression that nothing gets blocked. So after cheking the web Interface I could find out, that my pihole is receiving all queries but simply isn't blocking them, even though they are on my block list.

I really don't know what to do and would be grateful for any tips.

You misunderstood how the groups management works. You configured some groups, but no clients. So all your clients will be assigned to the default group only. However, not a single adlist is associated with the default group. This basically disables blocking for all clients.
