No Internet Connection when using PiHole DNS

Expected Behaviour:

DNS is set in my Fritz.box to the PiHole DNS Settings, Internet Connection should work perfectly fine with the PiHole Blocking ADs and Stuff.

Actual Behaviour:

No Internet Connection with any Device within the Network (expect the PiHole Machine directly)

Hardware I use:

Ubuntu 22.04 LTS (Desktop Version) on a old HP i5 Desktop
AVM FritzBox 7520
Internetprovider: 1&1
