Behaviour:
When I change my routers DNS to the Pihole it works for a few seconds then internet access goes. I've tried pihole -r and reinstalling, any help?
Your debug log shows that your Pi-Hole is working properly. The problem appears to be in the router setup.
To test Pi-Hole connectivity to your clients, choose a client and manually map the DNS settings for that client to Pi-Hole IP (192.168.1.200) and nothing else. Then tail the Pi-Hole log with this command from the Pi terminal and see if DNS traffic from that client is getting to Pi-Hole:
pihole -t
