No default index.lighttpd.html file found... not backing up

When running pihole -up, it appears to update successfully but has the one error message
"Backing up index.lighttpd.html
No default index.lighttpd.html file found... not backing up"

and "Unable to complete update, please contact Pi-hole Support"

Pi-hole appears to be working - Do I need index.lighttpd.html ?

No, it's just a default file.

So did the update complete successfully then or not?
