The issue I am facing:
I'm running Pi-hole on a small device, which is connected to a small UPS. Unfortunately, my UPS only provides 15 minutes of backup power for both the router and the Pi-hole device. I have configured a safe shutdown option. When the power is restored, the Pi-hole DNS works fine (I've set up a DELAY_STARTUP=5
). However, when I log in to the admin panel, it doesn't show any data. Nevertheless, if I restart the DNS resolver, the data displays properly.
After restart DNS resolver
Permissions are as follows:
dietpi@DietPi:~$ ls -lh /etc | grep pihole
drwxrwxr-x 3 pihole pihole 1.0K Jun 4 10:11 pihole
dietpi@DietPi:~$ ls -lh /etc/pihole/pihole-FTL.db
-rw-rw-r-- 1 pihole pihole 996K Jun 4 10:11 /etc/pihole/pihole-FTL.db
dietpi@DietPi:~$

Hardware: NanoPi
OS: DietPi
What I have changed since installing Pi-hole:
