pihole -d says that dnsmasq and lighttpd are not running. Distro is Fedora 29 Minimal Aarch64 and up-to-date. I've already tried to pihole -r to repair and reconfigure from 0 but that didn't help.
This looks like a problem for @Mcat12
The dnsmasq error can be ignored, it is embedded inside of FTL (this error will be removed in the next release). Since you have a lighttpd version > 1.4.50, you may be running into an issue where it doesn't like the config we use. Try running touch /etc/lighttpd/external.conf and then restart lighttpd (sudo service lighttpd restart). If that doesn't fix it, share the output of sudo service lighttpd status -l.
