No address range available for DHCPv6 request via eth0

Expected Behaviour:

DHCPv6 no longer works after upgrading to latest Debian Stretch from https://www.raspberrypi.org/downloads/raspbian/

Actual Behaviour:

If i put in my Debian 8 SD card the DHCPv6 works again, did they change something in Debian Stretch?

Using my pfSense box for the dhcp for ipv4 and ipv6 for now.
