Where you have a problem is with unbound running on port 53, which is preventing pihole-FTL from binding to that port. Did you start installing unbound and not install the configuration file that moves unbound to a different port?

What is the exact URL you are using to access the web admin GUI? Please post that along with a screen capture of what you see on your browser when you attempt to load the web admin GUI.

I use 192.168.1.12/admin, I can only access the admin panel from the Raspberry pi,My laptop gives me an error and my phone as well
Given that the Pi can access the admin page, there may be a problem with those clients connecting to Pi-hole.
Are you seeing DNS traffic from the phone and the laptop in Pi-hole?
