Fresh ubuntu server 18.04 install. All I've done is update installed packages and then when running the install command for pihole it gets stuck at installing packages. No error or anything, it just sits there. Tried leaving it overnight to no avail. Tried reinstalling ubuntu completely as well which didn't work
