Expected Behaviour:
Pihole work normal after reboot
Actual Behaviour:
After each reboot I have to reconfigure pihole in order to get it working again. Just restart the DNS service or repair pihole do not work.

I used to run pihole with a BananaPi M1+ with Armbian and everything worked fine for a long time. Some time ago I replace the system with a x86 plataform running Linux Mint.
The new system has two NICs, one configure as default route and the other used just to local tasks such as samba shares (and Pihole). Both have fixed IP adresses. I've configure pihole to bind to the second interface. Everything works as expected until the system is rebooted.
After each boot, pihole stops responding to queries. Pihole status returns that DNS service is runing and pihole is enabled. However, it only responds if I run the reconfigure command. I've read somewhere that maybe the interface doesn't have an IP assigned yet by the time pihole starts, but I don't know how to check that.
Any suggestions?
