Need to get plex working with pihole

Expected Behaviour:

allow dns rebind for plex.direct

Actual Behaviour:

Doesn't seem to take effect

I've tried adding a file like this in /etc/dnsmasq.d/:

#### EDIT SETTINGS
dns-forward-max=5096
min-cache-ttl=300
rebind-domain-ok=/plex.direct/
#### END EDIT

Which should make plex players work locally, but it doesn't seem to take effect.
Anybody that has some input on this?

Did you restart FTL to apply the changes? pihole restartdns
