I'm not too sure, is that the operating system, I think it's debian is on a intel machine (alone Not in a vm) thanks

How and when did you install pihole? From your screenshots it looks like your running not the current version pihole v5.0. Is this on purpose?

Please post the output of pihole -v from the terminal.

Something is indeed broken here...
Does your device have a working internet connection?
Try if you can upgrade anyway via pihole -up

Sorry for the delay it did have an Internet connection, however I can't access a Web page I'll try reset the device and routers thanks
