Multiple times per day I have no internet access for a couple of seconds

Expected Behaviour:

Ive set up the pihole with nmtui (I have the latest 64 bit bookworm headless os). I need to have ipv6 enabled because I cant disable it on my router.

At first I had "device is strictly unmanaged" message pop up after manually adding the static ips and it didnt let me enable this connection, but after enabling ifupdown in nmtui config it worked.

Actual Behaviour:

I sometimes have no internet access and get this error on Chrome:
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET.

This error persists for about 5-30 seconds and occurs every ~2 hours or less.

I dont know if other devices have this error or if its only my PC.
