More YouTube Ads with PiHole?

Hey guys, I‘m not sure if I‘m the only one with this Problem but since yesterday I get more Ads from Youtube when Pihole is enabled. This sounds weird but could it be possible? With Pihole I get 2 Ads every time before the video Starts and approx. 2 Ads every 20-40 second.
Has anyone else the same problem?

I haven't done much of a scientific research but definitely the feeling is the same I get more adds on Youtube now with Pi-Hole than before without... is there any plausible explanation for that?
