The web gui is not showing up at http://serverip/admin
running on debian in a Proxmox VM
Using Firefox and when I go to the ip listed above i see a error saying that address cant be reached. The output of "pihole status" is all good and pihole -r does not seem to fix anything. But DNS is still working.
Your Pi-hole is up and running and blocking okay. Try the exact address in Firefox. what happens?

If it doesn't work, what exact error do you get, and are you using a VPN, maybe a work VPN, that kind of thing? If so, make sure it's turned off.
Make sure Firefox's DNS over HTTPS is turned off.
Also make sure Firefox's HTTPS-Only mode is turned off.
What does ping 192.168.1.215 in a terminal give you?
And can you try with a different browser, if you have one installed?
Sorry for the late reply life got to me. I made sure dns over https is off as well as the hhtps-only mode and still was not working. Can ping just fine no issues.
I guess it is the VPN because i tested it on a unit not connected to one and it worked just fine. Is this something new that was released because I was able to see this site on my VPN services in the past.
Btw the VPN I was using is Tailscale for remote connections. Not sure if there is a exception that I can make to get this to work.
