You may be having the Cloudflare crash problem that others are reporting. From your debug log:
DNSSEC=true
PIHOLE_DNS_1=127.0.0.1#53
Thanks, I have disabled Cloudflare DNSSec and now working fine.
I'll check if have a workaround to fix this issue and continue using DNSSec.
