Listed as - Does Not Use Pi-Hole

I have three IP addresses shown under the Network Overview list as Device does not use Pi-Hole

Two fairly obvious, Router and Pi-Hole device, now the third one is shown as Tuya Smart Inc.t

I have a Tuya plug but that shows a different address.

Might this be the management app on my netpad? Showing a different IP address to netpad.
