Latest update breaks blacklist regex

The issue I am facing:
I updated pihole and basically all my internal domains are not blocked (Blacklist: Regex) even though I do not have any regex blacklist set up. I tried whitelisting but that did not help.

Details about my system:
Running in docker but I was running in a raspberry pi (I moved to docker to try a clean install when I noticed the issue.

What I have changed since installing Pi-hole:
I have DHCP server running, I have static leases, I use group management to disable ad blocking on certain devices.

My debug token:
https://tricorder.pi-hole.net/chp4fwwz0d

EDIT: I needed to uncheck " Never forward non-FQDNs" and " Never forward reverse lookups for private IP ranges" - I do have pihole as my dhcp server but for some reason after the update that broke my internal domains, disregard, fixed by unchecking those options, my fault.

So everything is working now?
