Small update:
I think the false positives are also there for "OK (already forwarded)"

I have whitelisted the domain "apple-dns.net" via regex but is also showing up as "blocked" under "Top Blocked Domains / long-term" and I can't find blocked entries in the query log. only the following stats:

OK (forwarded to 192.168.0.1#53)
OK (cached)
OK (already forwarded)
