Keep track of date/time whitelist blacklist entries added

Feature requirements:

• Keep track of when individual whitelist and blacklist domain entries were added to the list.
• Keep track of last time lists were modified (as a whole)
• Allow sorting by date/time when viewing the lists.

This could be helpful when trying to change settings to know when domains were added or removed to help narrow down what might have broken or fixed pages loading.

Closing in favor of

Ability to sort whitelist/blacklist sites by date added as well as alphabetically

Would just make for easier viewing of the lists.
