Is it possible to redirect the blocked pages to another local web server

I would like the blocked pages such as googleadservices.com to redirect to a web page that says, "Sorry, this site is blocked".
I tried using BLOCKINGMODE=IP in /etc/pihole/pihole-FTL.conf but that doesn't work when the URL has more than just the domain (Example: googleadservices.com/ads/test)
I want it to completely redirect so the whole URL changes to the one of the webserver.

There is some very limited functionality available, and the limitations are as a result of current browser behaviours and https in use everywhere. See this older announcement.
