Pi-hole web interface (abandoned) dashboard in Crowdin is the go-to place for interface translation.
Pt is at 56% 
Maybe @ChiefRA would like to tackle the rest of Ro?
However, please note that the translations are for the NG web interface of Pi-hole which is currently targeted for Pi-hole v6.0. Just mentioning this because you tagged your thread with Beta 5.0 (I will remove this tag now).
