IPv4 & IPv6 Query Question/Query Status

This is more of a question than help

When I'm reviewing my Pihole query log I see my PC requesting the same address over both IPv4 & IPv6 .

Is this simply just to see which one responds faster?

I also see N/A and NODATA in the status a lot is there a problem or is that normal?

Is the client sending requests to Pi-hole via both IPv6 and IPv4 addresses, or is the client requesting both the A and AAAA records for each domain?

You are misreading that output:
Those are requests for the A and AAAA records of a domain, so your client is asking to know the IPv4 as well as the IPv6 addresses for those domains.
It's neither revealed which protocol transported those requests nor does that matter.

Not a problem, see NODATA Querys - #2 by Bucking_Horn.
