Intermittent internet connection after a while

Expected Behaviour:

After 2-3 days, The internet should continue work normally

Actual Behaviour:

The connection are intermittent at best, and may drop entirely

More detail.

I suddenly experienced a very intermittent connection. one time it would work, and then suddenly nothing will connect.
when i tried to ssh to the raspi, again, it sometimes works, sometime the connection drop.

At first, the problem will show up every 6-12 hours.
then, as was suggested here, i disabled IPv6, as no one in my home uses IPv6. the fix works brilliantly, for about 3 days. until today, in which the internet was intermittent again.

Is the problem you are seeing a lack of DNS resolution (indicating a problem with the Pi or Pi-Hole), or loss of internet connectivity (which would indicate a router/modem problem).

i found out my problem seems to come from activation IPv6, when our ISP doesn't even support IPv6.
after turning that off, i haven't seen any long term network degradation. thanks!
