I was taking a look at a Frameo device (a wifi-enabled picture frame) connected to my network and saw that it reached out to rockchip.com, which seems to be a URL for repairing cracked windshields... perhaps the frame manufacturers were trying to talk to something like rockchip-linux or a rockchip semiconductor instead? lol
I found an Amazon ad for "FRAMEO WiFi Digital Photo Frame with Rockchip RK3126 Chipset".
It seems to be related to rockchip.fr, not .com:
