Installing pihole on Ubuntu server 19.04 (Disco Dingo)

Expected Behaviour:

Install should result in working pihole with web server.

Actual Behaviour:

After install, "DNS service is NOT running". After I do "pihole restartdns" the DNS server then starts working, but the web server still doesn't work.

I've tried numerous reboots, repairs and reinstalls and still getting the same result.

That is not a supported release. Please see the numerous thread discussing this be searching the forum for 19.04.
