You would need to raise any issues with the maintainer of that project.
Note that once Pi-hole is in use it forms an important part of your network. Therefore it is probably best to have it running on a supported system and in use by mobile devices, rather than trying to run it directly on a mobile OS. That said, if it's just trying it out for fun then go for it, but it's not an official build.
