Installation: Unable to get latest release location from GitHub

Hi, I'm having the same problem with a RPi4.
Installation fails
"[✓] Detected ARM-hf architecture (armv7+)
[i] Checking for existing FTL binary...
[✗] Downloading and Installing FTL
Error: Unable to get latest release location from GitHub
[✗] FTL Engine not installed
"
Nothing else then works due to not being able to resolve names (Temp).
I'm a new user and don't know how to change the resolver from 172..0.0.1 which it appears to be stuck on.
Can't run update and dig github.com times out...
"
; <<>> DiG 9.11.5-P4-5.1-Raspbian <<>> github.com
;; global options: +cmd
;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached
"

I setup PiHole on an RPi3 at the weekend and no issues (That PiHole is not connected to this network.)

Any help please?

Execute sudo nano /etc/resolv.conf, change nameserver 127.0.0.1 to nameserver 9.9.9.9 in that file, save it and run the installer again.
